Leadership and Management
Flexible solutions in leadership and management are tailored to suit each client and their specific requirement. We start by looking at what you want to achieve from the planned development work in terms of skills, behaviours and attitudes and how these support the achievement of specific organisational goals.
Programmes are then designed and developed to meet these objectives reflecting a blend of classic and emerging management tools and models. Delivery methods are selected to reflect programme aims and organisational preferences, but can reflect an appropriate mix of approaches including short workshops, modular programmes, action learning, coaching and 360 Degree Feedback.
Our programmes and experience range from foundation Leadership and Management through to bespoke corporate change programmes in a variety of sectors.
As an approved Edexcel/BTEC centre we can also offer awards in management, meaning participants’ learning and achievement benefit from formal accreditation.
