MD of DTS, Rob has considerable experience in Training and Development services, which includes the development and delivery of intense short courses for Vocational Assessors for rapid roll out into the Rail industry. Rob has close to 10 years experience in the delivery of Training and Development services to variety of vocational areas spanning hairdressing, engineering, care, aeronautics, and rail.

Kevin Sutcliffe

Kevin’s experience Training and Development included design and delivery of “Train- the-Trainer” programme for Bombardier Transportation. Other experience includes: Needs Analysis, Target Setting Courses, Time Management Courses and a tailored Management Development Programme addressing change management, team development, leadership skills development and performance management.

Dresina Shewbridge, Training Consultant

Dresina is a Consultant with considerable experience and achievements within the training sector. She managed a NVQ Assessment Centre, which included Training and Development qualifications, consistently achieving maximum grading by the awarding body. Previous roles have included Senior Training and Development Consultant and Training/Development Officer for Private and Public bodies including local government.
